Because a lot of the jewelry is handmade to order, I cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Please allow for a 1-3 week window. If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. If the item you requested is in stock, such as nail polish - it will be shipped out within 2 days of your order.
If you are ordering an in stock item with a jewelry item that is made to order: The order will ship when all items on the order are available to ship.
Currently our Nail Polish cannot be shipped outside of the U.S or Canada.
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they are in transit.
The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized with ring sizers at most local jewelry stores.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. Shipping must be paid by customer. Since items are made to order, some items are not eligible for return- such as rings in very small or very large sizes and pieces with engraving.
All nail polish is final sale.

If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a $35 fee. Customer is to pay shipping. Repairs/sizing may take 1-4 weeks.
