Because a lot of the jewelry is handmade to order, I cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Please allow for a 1-3 week window. If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. If the item you requested is in stock, such as nail polish - it will be shipped out within 2 days of your order.
If you are ordering an in stock item with a jewelry item that is made to order: The order will ship when all items on the order are available to ship.
Nail Polish cannot be shipped outside of the U.S or Canada.
The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email me at email@example.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
All jewelry is handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. Shipping must be paid by customer. Since items are made to order, some items are not eligible for return- such as rings in very small or very large sizes.

If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a $35 fee. Customer is to pay shipping. Repairs/sizing may take 1-4 weeks.
